BEGINNER YOGA
If you have never taken a yoga class before or have very little experience & want to learn, this is the perfect class for you. Class size is limited to 10 participants, so that you can practice in a more intimate, safe and welcoming environment. You can expect to move through beginner postures at a slower pace, allowing for more hands on instruction and assisted learning. We have everything you need, all you have to bring is yourself and something comfortable to wear.

HUSTLE & FLOW 
That’s how we roll . . . come get your hustle on with a sweaty 35 minute spin filled with hill climbs, sprint intervals & rolling hills.  Then we round out this class with a mind, breath & body focused tantra yoga practice.  This class is designed to get you fired up, hungry for life & fuel your passion for greatness.

FLEX & FLOW YOGA
This FUSION class is sure to be the highlight of your week!  Set to fun & playful hiphop beats, this class will be a combination of traditional yoga asanas, infused with every personal trainer's idea of fun.  Using only our body weight & yoga props, you can expect a series of lunges, warriors, planks & other flowing combinations of mobility & strength building poses.  Come invigorate your body, re-energize your soul & relax your mind.
