If you have never taken a yoga class before or have very little experience & want to learn, this is the perfect class for you. Class size is limited to 8 participants, so that you can practice in a more intimate, safe and welcoming environment. You can expect to move through beginner postures at a slower pace, allowing for more hands on instruction and assisted learning. We have everything you need, all you have to bring is yourself and something comfortable to wear.
