     Full Body: Mash-Up

    Just like the name suggests, this 45min Full Body Conditioning class, will work your body from all angles and maximize your fitness potential. If you've got them, you'll want your weights for this class, but don't worry if you don't. There will be lots of body weight modifications and training options for all fitness levels. 

    Equipment Needed: mat, weights & booty bands if you have them.

    Yoga: Flex & Flow

    Feel the heat during this early morning, strength focused tantra yoga class. Channel your inner fire, through breathwork and a series of grounding poses that will strengthen your body & soul.
    Equipment Needed: yoga mat, blocks & a strap if you have them.

    Yoga: Lift & Flow

This hybrid yoga & strength conditioning class, will be everything you need and more, to feel alive. The first half of class will be broken down into 30sec intervals of lifting, jumping & sweating our way through HIIT drills. Slow, but powerful vinyasa sequences, will balance out this body challenging and spirit lifting class.
