    CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

     Full Body: Mash-Up

    Just like the name suggests, this 45min Full Body Conditioning class, will work your body from all angles and maximize your fitness potential. If you've got them, you'll want your weights for this class, but don't worry if you don't. There will be lots of body weight modifications and training options for all fitness levels. 

    Equipment Needed: mat, weights & booty bands if you have them.

    Hustle: SPIN

    This mulit-level spin class will rock your world, no matter what your fitness level or experience is. Modifications will be offered to push you to your max, build muscle & improve cardiovascular endurance. A stand alone cardio class or the perfect compliment to all your other fitness classes and seasonal sports.
    Designed to stand alone or pair with Hustle: FLOW
    Equipment Needed: spin bike or a pedal bike on a wind trainer.
