 Full Body: Mash-Up

Just like the name suggests, this 45min Full Body Conditioning class, will work your body from all angles and maximize your fitness potential. Alternate equipment and body weight modifications will be provided during this dumbbell focused class.
Equipment Needed: mat & weights.


Yoga: Flex & Flow

This yoga class will vary from one week to the next, but you can expect a gentle practice focused on connection to self with a restorative and calming energy.
Equipment Needed: mat, blocks & a yoga strap.


Bodyweight: HIIT

This class will focus on full body conditioning through timed high intensity intervals. Particular focus will be paid to your booty and core.
