This Kufuka Fitness training program is designed for student athletes looking to maximize their training, excel at their sport & develop a life long fitness foundation! Not an athlete, but still want to train, of course! Individualized training will be provided based on the unique needs of each participant. Space is limited to 5 participants (11-16 years old) and requires a full session commitment, however partial registration will be accepted if space allows.
Tuesdays 11-12:00am w/Lindsay & Jessica
Wednesdays 9-10am w/Lindsay & Jessica
$16 per person/hr - Billed in full at the start of each session.
