Lindsay, Jessica & Michelle are serving up sweat sessions, on the shores of One Mile Lake. Get ready to be a lean, mean fighting machine ready to tackle all your favourite summer activities. 

Mondays 5:45am & 6:45pm
Wednesdays 5:45am & 6:45pm
Fridays 5:45am
Saturdays 7:00am

Are you ready to experience MIND OVER MATTER? A different twist on an old classic, this one hour fitness experience is sure to leave an impression.
The exact same high intensity circuit will be performed each week, so that participants can track & measure their individual progress. We're not giving anymore details on what to expect, but there will be CHIN UPS and you better be ready to kill it!

Both men & women are welcome. Each person MUST possess a high level of fitness & strong base of experience in the gym.
