Our CaveMan workout will have you grunting, mumbling & sweating like no other class. Come prepared for an ever changing combination of heavy lifting, slam balls & body weight drills to get you super fit and super strong.

This class will be a blend of muscular strength and conditioning exercises, geared specifically for all you "weekend warrior" outdoor enthusiasts. Turn some of that Molsen muscle into real muscles, that will help keep you injury free, while you power through the bush this fall.

This bootcamp inspired workout will get you sweaty & strong in no time. You can expect a lot of bodyweight conditioning exercises (burpees, ski squats, etc) along with a heavy focus on agility & core strength, with just enough time to get in a quick stretch.
