Feel strong and confident with this BOOTCAMP inspired workout. You can expect a combination of strength training & bodyweight conditioning (burpees, ski squats, etc) plus a focus on agility and core strength. You'll be ready to rock your Friday with that post workout glow!

This fun, well-rounded class starts out with a 45 minute strength building, blaster of a workout using dumbbells, medicine balls and BOSU's. Follow this up with a 45 minute yoga class to bend you back into relaxation & stretch out all your hard-worked muscles! Sylvie will help you push your limits and Catherine will guide you back to Zen. Great for any level.
