Line dancing like you’ve never seen it before.  Each week you’ll learn a new song, complete with howdys yehaws, y’alls.  It’s seriously the most fun you can have with your boots on!

Start your week with this intense muscle burn class.  Get your metabolism revving by moving from exercise to exercise with little rest in between.  This class will utilize free weights, slam balls and body weight progressions, plus a heavy focus will be place on abdominal conditioning.
