PUMP & GRIND
This high-intensity class incorporates body weight exercises, weight training, plyometrics, and more! Because this class is only 45 minutes, be prepared sweat, have fun, and go on with your day feeling empowered & strong. It’s amazing what you can accomplish in less than an hour!
This short & sweet, derriere defining class, leaves no room for small talk. The entire 45 minutes will be spent working your greatest assets with a little 6 pack love, thrown in for "fun".
