RIDE 'N' ROLL
Keep your fitness going, between bike seasons, with Sylvie's killer combo of spin intervals, abs & foam rolling. Enjoy (ha ha) 45 minutes of hammering out intervals on your spin bike, followed by 15 minutes of stretching & foam rolling to round it all out. All fitness levels welcome, no mountain biking experience required.

GAINS & PAINS
This cardio focused spin class will have you begging for mercy.  Heavy bike drills broken up with plyometric and weight conditioning exercises will push you to your limits.  To celebrate your hard work, we will spend the last 10 minutes of class stretching out your body!

That’s how we roll . . . come get your hustle on with a sweaty 35 minute spin filled with hill climbs, sprint intervals & rolling hills.  Then we round out this class with a mind, breath & body focused tantra yoga practice.  This class is designed to get you fired up, hungry for life & fuel your passion for greatness.

SPIN & STRETCH
This multi level class is perfect for beginners or if you are looking to schedule a little more cardio & stretching into your fitness calendar. The class will begin with 30 minutes of spin intervals, followed by a short transition to the floor for 25 minutes of full body stretching to finish off.

SPINCAMP
Get the best of both: spin intervals + bootcamp style exercises and trust us, you are gonna sweat!  A full 30 minutes of spin intervals followed by 30 minutes of dryland exercises with 15 minutes of core work and stretching. This is a non-stop energy output class that will build your strength and stamina throughout the winter.  This class is guaranteed to give you a strong start to your mountain bike season!
