That’s how we roll . . . come get your hustle on with a sweaty 30 minute spin filled with hill climbs, sprint intervals and rolling hills, followed by 10 minutes of CORE. Finally, we’ll round out this class with a sassy 45 minute vinyasa flow session on our mats. This class is designed to get you fired up, hungry for life and fuel your passion for greatness.
75 minutes of pleasure & pain, you decided which is which . . . 35 minutes of HIIT drills on the spin bike, time to transition, then 35 minutes of deep stretching, foam rolling & myofascial release. You know you want it!

Round out your week with this vicious early morning spin. A solid 30 minutes will be spent on the bikes, followed by 25 minutes of bodyweight & muscle conditioning, then 10 minutes of core work to finish us off. Get ready to work B%&#@
