That’s how we roll . . . come get your hustle on with a sweaty 35 minute spin filled with hill climbs, sprint intervals & rolling hills.  Then we round out this class with a mind, breath & body focused tantra yoga practice.  This class is designed to get you fired up, hungry for life & fuel your passion for greatness.

Come prepared for everything from 30 minutes of spin, followed by 30 minutes of muscle & abdominal conditioning to high intensity intervals on & off our bikes for the full hour.  Each week will be a little different, but guaranteed, you'll leave sweaty & satisfied!
