This mom & baby fitness class is designed with both of you in mind. Lead by a postnatal fitness specialist and mother of two, you & baby will spend time snuggling, making eye contact & feeling good together. Plus you’ll get a workout in too!

This class will include breathing practices, visualization, pelvic floor exercises, meditation, discussion, and time for connecting with baby.  You will be lead through a nurturing prenatal hatha yoga practice that will strengthen and stretch your body, and finish with deep relaxation.  Come release tension in the upper body, create strength and stamina, and find opening in your hips.
