This outdoor, early morning classic is BACK for spring and summer.


Tuesdays 6-6:45am  | Bodyweight HIIT

No weights required: mat only.
This class will focus on full body conditioning through timed high intensity intervals.

Thursdays 6-6:45am  | Full Body Mash-Up

Equipment needed: mat, weights & booty bands if you have them.
This full body conditioning class, will work your body from all angles and maximize your fitness potential.

Clients must follow social distancing regulations before, during and after sessions.
Clients experiencing COVID symptoms are required to cancel training sessions.
Clients who have recently travelled outside of Canada will not be allowed to participate.
