EARLY RISERS IS BACK for 2020!
Join us twice per week for a high intensity, full body cardio and strength conditioning outdoor workout. Come prepared to run, jump, lift and everything in between.
We are only offering 15 monthly passes for this program. No drop-ins will be available, to maximize social distancing.
EARLY RISERS investment $10.10 per class (billed monthly)
- Participants are required to bring their own equipment: mats, weights, bands, etc.
- Workouts will be personalized based on your equipment.
- Participants are required to stay 2m apart during the class.
- Clients experiencing COVID symptoms are required to stay home or you will be sent home.
