This class will focus on full body conditioning through timed high intensity intervals.

Equipment needed: mat, weights & booty bands if you have them.

Clients must follow social distancing regulations before, during and after sessions.
Clients experiencing COVID symptoms are required to cancel training sessions.
Clients who have recently travelled outside of Canada will not be allowed to participate.
