ManCave

 

This men's only high intensity workout will burn fat, increase testosterone and have you feeling like a beast again! The perfect compliment to your existing training program, or the start of something new, we've got you covered. Everyone wants to feel desirable, and our man cave program is the first step to getting your swagger back! 

Mondays | Wednesdays  7:30-8:15pm  

$16 per person / per 45 minute session

    • Each person gets an individualized workout
    • Small Group Training requires a monthly commitment at specific days/times of the week.
    • Notice of any permanent schedule changes are required by 15th of the current month.
    • Billed in full at the start of each month.
COVID CHANGES
    • All sessions begin on the hour and are 45 minutes in length.
    • Clients must exit the studio immediately following their workout, to allow for social distancing and sanitizing between training sessions.
    • Group size is limited to 4 max. The studio is now organized, so that each client has their own quadrant to train in.
    • Clients are required wash their hands upon entering and exiting the studio.
    • Clients experiencing COVID symptoms are required to cancel training sessions or you will be sent home.
