When Signing Up for Any Youth or Kid's Program, please register your child in the class, not yourself. You can link your child's profile to your own so that you are able to manage their schedule. Contact us if you need assistance with this. Thank you!

KID'S KICKBOXING  
This non-competitive kickboxing class is designed to teach kids the basics of kickboxing in an environment that will build self-confidence and respect. Using a heavy bag and focus mitts, kids will learn correct form and technique, through different combinations of punches, kicks, knees and elbows. The class will also include a warm-up, core conditioning and controlled sparring.  Aggressive behavior will not be accepted. Hands wraps are mandatory and will be provided for purchase ($7 cash only).  Boxing gloves will be provided or you can bring your own. Ages 7-12

TEEN GIRL YOGA

Are you a teen girl who wants to feel strong, empowered & confident, all while staying active & having fun?  Set to fun, upbeat music, this flow yoga class, will get you playing with arm balances & inversions, while building confidence & self love!  Ages 11-16

YOUTH SPIN CAMP
Whether you’re into biking, rowing, basketball, or any other competitive sport, this class will give you the advantage you need, to come out a winner!  After 30 minutes of hammering on the spin bikes, we’ll head to the floor for fun bootcamp style drills & core conditioning.  Be ready to sweat! Ages 13-17
