Be sure you are registering your child in the program and not yourself. You will need to first add your child to your profile in the booking software, then select their profile from the drop down menu that will be located on the upper right side of your screen.

KID'S KICKBOXING  
This non-competitive kickboxing class is designed to teach younger kids the basics of kickboxing in a fun and playful environment. Through games and drills, kids will build self confidence and respect for themselves & others. Aggressive & disrespectful behaviour will not be accepted. Hands wraps are mandatory and will be provided for purchase ($7 cash only).  Boxing gloves will be provided or you can bring your own. Ages 7-11

YOUTH KICKBOXING
This skill based, non-competitive kickboxing class is designed for older kids.  Using a heavy bag and focus mitts, kids will learn correct form and technique, through different combinations of punches, kicks, knees and elbows. The class will include a warm-up, boxing drills, core conditioning and controlled sparring. Aggressive & disrespectful behaviour will not be accepted. Focused attention required. Hands wraps are mandatory and will be provided for purchase ($7 cash only).  Boxing gloves will be provided or you can bring your own.  Ages 11-14

YOUTH SPINCAMP

Whether you are into biking, rowing, basketball, or any other competitive sport, this class will give you the advantage you need, to come out a winner! After 30 minutes of hammering on the spin bikes, we’ll head to the floor for fun bootcamp style drills and core conditioning. Be ready to sweat! Ages 11-16

YOUTH HIIT CONDITIONING
This cardio/strength training class is a fun & focused. It will challenge your son or daughter's agility, balance, coordination, core strength and overall strength. Each week will be a little different from the last, so whether your child is sport focused or not, he/she will experience noticeable fitness improvements. Ages 11-16

TEEN GIRL YOGA
Come explore a fun, playful vinyasa class that inspires creativity and explores uniqueness in a safe supportive space. Students will be empowered to make mindful choices on their mat that encourage self awareness in a structured environment. Teens can embrace yoga as a practice that builds positive body image, acceptance of themselves and others, and strengthens sense community with their peers.
