This 45min power workout will get you in, out and exhausted through a combination of full body conditioning, plyometrics, focus mitt boxing & core conditioning!

WOMEN'S KICKBOXING
 
Whether you’re looking to improve your overall fitness, or you want to focus on improving coordination, power, flexibility & agility this women’s only class is for you.  This kickass cardio workout is the ultimate stress relief, while you burn a ton of calories and tone your entire body!  Throughout this class, you will be taught how to perfect different combinations of punches, kicks, knees and elbows by executing them on the heavy bags and focus mitts. Hands wraps are mandatory and will be provided for purchase ($7 cash only).  Boxing gloves will be provided or you can bring your own.

KID'S KICKBOXING  
This non-competitive kickboxing class is designed to teach kids the basics of kickboxing in an environment that will build self-confidence and respect. Using a heavy bag and focus mitts, kids will learn correct form and technique, through different combinations of punches, kicks, knees and elbows. The class will also include a warm-up, core conditioning and controlled sparring.  Aggressive behavior will not be accepted. Hands wraps are mandatory and will be provided for purchase ($7 cash only).  Boxing gloves will be provided or you can bring your own.
