Whether you’re looking to improve your overall fitness, or you want to focus on improving coordination, power, flexibility & agility this women’s only class is for you. This kickass cardio workout is the ultimate stress relief, while you burn a ton of calories and tone your entire body! Throughout this class, you will be taught how to perfect different combinations of punches, kicks, knees and elbows by executing them on the heavy bags and focus mitts. Hands wraps are mandatory and will be provided for purchase ($7 cash only). Boxing gloves will be provided or you can bring your own.
