Born with skis on my feet (well, almost), movement & sport have always been a part of who I am. The first 7 years of my life, I had the privilege of calling the top of a mountain home. Skiing, hiking and eventually biking were just what we did. This set me up for a life long passion for being active, and I may have a slight tendency to participate in adrenaline filled sports. It wasn't until I had my first child, that I decided to take my love of sports and fascination with the human body, and turn it into a career. My absolute favorite part of training, is witnessing someone achieve something they haven't done before; it can be as simple as, nailing their squat form for the first time or when they realize their goals after months of dedication. It's a privilege to get to be a part of a person's fitness journey and I am grateful for the trust our client's place in me.
There are two areas of training that I’m excited about right now: rehab from injury/life and lifting heavy weights. The two complete opposites are the result of my own personal journey. After having my 2nd baby, my body has required a lot of rehab focused training; from separated abs to hernia surgery, it has taken my body a while to sort it self out. Two and a half years later, I'm ready to shift my training and play with heavier weights. Although rehabilitation from injury can be a tedious process, when you put in the effort and push through the frustration, the reward of what your body is truly capable of is limitless.

A. Back in time to Egypt when the pyramids were being built, right around when the pyramids of Giza were about half way complete to see the build in action.
