Are you ready to experience MIND OVER MATTER?  A different twist on an old classic, this one hour fitness experience is sure to leave an impression. The exact same high intensity circuit will be performed each week, so that participants can track & measure their individual progress.  We're not giving anymore details on what to expect, but there will be BATTLE ROPES and you better be ready to kill it!

Both men & women are welcome, however only 8 participants will be accepted into this program.  Each person MUST possess a high level of fitness & strong base of experience in the gym.

Sweat it out and feel the burn, along with lots of laughter & support from your workout crew. Within the privacy of our boutique fitness studio, you and 3-4 others will get the benefit of an individualized workout at an incredible value! 

Our Small Group Training requires a full monthly commitment and we request notice by the 15th of the month for any permanent schedule changes.  Clients are booked in advance, on predetermined specific days & times.

$16 per person/hr - Billed in full before the start of each month

$80 per month for a 4 x Drop-In Pass, perfect for those with fluctuating schedules. Valid for one month.  Enquire within for more details. Limited availability.

New clients must complete a consultation, prior to the first training session . We want to get to know you, your body and your training goals, to ensure your success! 30 Minute Consultation is $30 + gst.

This Kufuka Fitness training program is designed for student athletes looking to maximize their training, excel at their sport & develop a life long fitness foundation! Not an athlete, but still want to train, of course! Individualized training will be provided based on the unique needs of each participant. Space is limited to 5 participants (11-16 years old) and requires a full session commitment, however partial registration will be accepted if space allows.

POWER VINYASA - Thursdays 5:15 to 6:15pm 
with Frances Moody
This energetic yoga practice will have you moving fluidly from one pose to the next. By connecting your breath to movement, you will foster greater mental focus and physical awareness. Core focused exercises including twists, inversions and balancing poses will strengthen your mind and body.

Frances Moody was raised in Whistler. She comes from a strong athletic background of gymnastics and dance, so the shift to yoga was seamless.
